Food Diary #8

Breakfast:

Rice crackers with garlic and smoked cheese with mayo. Lettuce. Dessert after. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh orange juice. Lots and lots of supplements.




Lunch:

Spagetti with fennel and tomato with Parmesan.


Dinner:

Rum and cocoa muffin with Limonchello Meringue. Coffee Liquor. Then a grapefruit.




Aches and Pains:

Headache

Treatment:

20 min magnetic therapy on knees. 

Workout:

Running about all day.
