Food Diary #2

Breakfast:

Pizza dough stuffed with cheese and hot dog. Left over from New Year's Eve. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh apple juice. Lots and lots of supplements.



Lunch:

A fried egg, mixed vegetables, cooked millet and a glass of lemonade.


Dinner:

Two rice crackers. Considered skipping, but my stomach started to hurt.



Aches and Pains:

Knees acting up, especially the left one having difficulties. The usual neck pain. Passing pain in my ribs on right side.

Treatment:

20 min magnetic therapy on knees. One round of Flector Gel on knees.

Workout:

Just a bit of walking, and standing lecturing for 2 hours.
