Food Diary #17

Breakfast: Rice crackers with garlic and cheese with mayo. Olives. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: Dumplings with eggs and mayo. Dinner: Skipped for another tea. Aches and Pains: Bottom still uncomfortable, but knee somewhat better. So I can stand, but can't sit. I also started coughing in the afternoon. I don't want to get sick again. Treatment: None for today Workout: Took the longer walking route to and from work, but not very happy with uncomfortable pain still there. It's also freezing outside.

Breakfast: Porridge with a banana. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh orange juice. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: Dumplings with eggs, twice this much. Dinner: Only had a mug of decaff Earl Grey with some milk and cane sugar. Aches and Pains: Got first DONA shot, and promptly almost fainted. Also had a pain in the place where I got the shot. Yeah, in my bottom. Treatment: DONA shot Workout: Walking to and fro the doctor. Also walking to work.

Breakfast: Rice crackers with garlic and Parmesan with mayo. Olives. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: Millet balls with cheese and sour cream with a warm salad left over. Dinner: A little bit of pea soup. Aches and Pains: Very bad neck pain and headache. Left leg became very painful in the evening. Treatment: Massage with machine, Flector Gel. A soak in the tub. Workout: Busy day

Breakfast: Rice crackers with garlic and smoked cheese with mayo. Olives. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: Millet balls with cheese and sour cream with a warm salad. Dinner: Dried cranberries and grapefruit. Aches and Pains: Very bad neck pain and headache. Treatment: Massage with machine, Flector Gel. Workout: None due to headache

Lunch: Spagetti with fennel and tomato with Parmesan. Dinner: Rum and cocoa muffin with Limonchello Meringue . Coffee Liquor. Then a grapefruit. Aches and Pains: Headache Treatment: 20 min magnetic therapy on knees.  Workout: Running about all day.

Dinner: Rum and cocoa muffin with Limonchello Meringue . Aches and Pains: Headache Treatment: None Workout: Cooking and baking

Lunch: Skipped as I was really tired, and fell asleep. Dinner: Rice crackers Aches and Pains: Not too bad. Treatment: None Workout: Just a bit of walking in Tesco, doing a big shop.

Lunch: Chicken with millet and pickles with a little bit of wine. Cottage cheese pie for dessert. Dinner: Rice crackers with garlic and Parmesan. Aches and Pains: Not too bad. Treatment: 20 min magnetic therapy on knees.  Workout: Just a bit of walking.

Lunch: Big plate of oven fries with sour cream. Dinner: Cottage cheese pie Aches and Pains: Not too bad. Treatment: 20 min magnetic therapy on knees.  Workout: Just a bit of walking.

Breakfast: Rice cracker with garlic and cheese. Left over pizza pastry with cheese. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh orange juice. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: Skipped lunch, went on a walk instead. Dinner: A slice of cottage cheese pie Aches and Pains: Was feeling better today. Hence the walk. However, felt really bad about food choices, why I skipped lunch. Too hungry to skip dinner. Treatment: 20 min magnetic therapy on knees. Workout: A walk and a round of Flabelos.

Breakfast: Pizza dough stuffed with cheese and hot dog. Left over from New Year's Eve. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh apple juice. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: A fried egg, mixed vegetables, cooked millet and a glass of lemonade. Dinner: Two rice crackers. Considered skipping, but my stomach started to hurt. Aches and Pains: Knees acting up, especially the left one having difficulties. The usual neck pain. Passing pain in my ribs on right side. Treatment: 20 min magnetic therapy on knees. One round of Flector Gel on knees. Workout: Just a bit of walking, and standing lecturing for 2 hours.

I've decided to keep track of what I eat for a while. Pictures are great, because this way I can keep track of the portions. Breakfast: Rice crackers with garlic and Parmesan. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh orange juice. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch / Dinner: Hot dog in pizza dough with lentils and a glass of Stout. Dessert: 3 cacao and cherry cookies Aches and Pains: Knees acting up, especially the left one having difficulties. A stabbing pain on the right side of my spine at my waist when touched. The usual neck pain. Passing pain in my ribs on right side. Treatment: 20 min magnetic therapy on knees. One round of Flector Gel on knees. A hand massage round on back. Workout: A few minutes of walk around town. Recovering from infection treated by antibiotics, so taking it easy this week still.
