Food Diary #4

Breakfast:

Rice crackers with garlic and Parmesan. A couple of home made cookies. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements.



Lunch:

Big plate of oven fries with sour cream.


Dinner:

Cottage cheese pie



Aches and Pains:

Not too bad.

Treatment:

20 min magnetic therapy on knees. 

Workout:

Just a bit of walking.
