Food Diary #15

Breakfast:

Rice crackers with garlic and Parmesan with mayo. Olives. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements.



Lunch:

Millet balls with cheese and sour cream with a warm salad left over.



Dinner:

A little bit of pea soup.


Aches and Pains:

Very bad neck pain and headache. Left leg became very painful in the evening.

Treatment:

Massage with machine, Flector Gel. A soak in the tub.

Workout:

Busy day
