Food Diary #5

Breakfast:

Rice crackers with garlic and smoked cheese with mayo. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh orange juice. Lots and lots of supplements.



Lunch:

Chicken with millet and pickles with a little bit of wine. Cottage cheese pie for dessert.



Dinner:

Rice crackers with garlic and Parmesan.



Aches and Pains:

Not too bad.

Treatment:

20 min magnetic therapy on knees. 

Workout:

Just a bit of walking.
