Food Diary #14

Breakfast:

Rice crackers with garlic and smoked cheese with mayo. Olives. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements.



Lunch:

Millet balls with cheese and sour cream with a warm salad.



Dinner:

Dried cranberries and grapefruit.




Aches and Pains:

Very bad neck pain and headache.

Treatment:

Massage with machine, Flector Gel.

Workout:

None due to headache
