Food Diary #6

Breakfast:

Rice crackers with garlic and smoked cheese with mayo. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements.



Lunch:

Skipped as I was really tired, and fell asleep.

Dinner:

Rice crackers

Aches and Pains:

Not too bad.

Treatment:

None

Workout:

Just a bit of walking in Tesco, doing a big shop.
