I left out a few days, but getting back to it. Having friends over is today's happy.

Weekend and ex-flatmate

I had a really relaxing weekend. I worked hard this week, doing overtime a lot. I usually didn't get to relax until 8pm. So this weekend I practically spent in bed. It was nice, because I didn't have to heat up the flat too much. Gas prices have gone up again and I need to cut back on my heating as I use gas for it. So I wear a lot of clothes and sleep under two blankets. Have to save up for my trip to Scotland in July. I also need to buy a TV. So yeah, I have a lot of expenses to cover. I do have some savings, but I would like to keep it where it is now and not take out of it. My ex-flatmate sent me a mail on Tuesday about wanting to meet up. I haven't written back. I'm just not sure I want to see him again. I put up a good front until we were living together, but I don't want to anymore. He called me an alcoholic, a liar, a hypochondriac and some other stuff behind my back to my mom. Yeah, I managed not to punch him. So I don't know why he would want to ...

Food Diary #15

Breakfast: Rice crackers with garlic and Parmesan with mayo. Olives. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: Millet balls with cheese and sour cream with a warm salad left over. Dinner: A little bit of pea soup. Aches and Pains: Very bad neck pain and headache. Left leg became very painful in the evening. Treatment: Massage with machine, Flector Gel. A soak in the tub. Workout: Busy day

Eating, moving

My menstruation is ebbing now, finally. Only hurt a little this morning. I drank my remedy - Martini - and all got better. I ate the rest of my chocolate biscuits this morning and only have some potato sugar left, half of which I also ate. Othewise only water, a bit of coffee and some corn crackers for me. It must still be over 1000 calories. I need to eat around 500 a day for my weight to go down. From next week I'll be able to go dancing and will go 4 times a week as long as I can. I have 15 classes on my ticket, so for 4 weeks - 4*4=16 - so by the time I have the afternoon shift again, I ought to have no classes left on my ticket. However, it'll expire either next week or the week after. Then I'll have to buy a new one again. NOTE: TAKE MONEY TO TEACHER!
