Food Diary #3
Breakfast:
Rice cracker with garlic and cheese. Left over pizza pastry with cheese. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh orange juice. Lots and lots of supplements.
Lunch:
Skipped lunch, went on a walk instead.
Dinner:
A slice of cottage cheese pie
Aches and Pains:
Was feeling better today. Hence the walk. However, felt really bad about food choices, why I skipped lunch. Too hungry to skip dinner.
Treatment:
20 min magnetic therapy on knees.
Workout:
A walk and a round of Flabelos.
