Food Diary #17

Breakfast:

Rice crackers with garlic and cheese with mayo. Olives. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements.



Lunch:

Dumplings with eggs and mayo.



Dinner:

Skipped for another tea.


Aches and Pains:

Bottom still uncomfortable, but knee somewhat better. So I can stand, but can't sit. I also started coughing in the afternoon. I don't want to get sick again.

Treatment:

None for today

Workout:

Took the longer walking route to and from work, but not very happy with uncomfortable pain still there. It's also freezing outside.
