Breakfast: Porridge with cinnamon. Coffee with 3 tsp cane sugar and some lactose free milk. Fresh lemonade. Lots and lots of supplements. Lunch: Spagetti with fennel and tomato with Parmesan. Dinner: Rum and cocoa muffin with Limonchello Meringue . Aches and Pains: Headache Treatment: None Workout: Cooking and baking
