Weird Day, But Active Week
This week I was a very good girl. I cooked for the whole week on Monday evening. I did make some coconut-almond pastry thing, but no flour and I used sweetener in stead of sugar. Okay, I did have to make whipped cream for it, but really skimmed milk and really little portion.
I still have a problem with getting up in the morning. I was fine on Monday and Tuesday, had breakfast too, but on Wednesday and Thursday I slept in. Brewed coffee at Starbucks with soy milk and some whole-wheat pastry from another shop. Fine, I got two little pieces of sugary pastry too. On both days I had lunch really late.
On Friday, I got up on time. I had some of the lunch foods for breakfast as I made too much again, or I eat too little. I mean, I made one chicken breasts, the two halves in different ways and I still can't eat it. So I had 5 small pieces of my cumin chicken with one piece of whole-wheat toast. I also had a piece of the pastry with coffee. I don't know why, but I felt really stuffed and bloated the whole day. Maybe it's the pastry, because I've done the chicken lots of times.
I was very active this week though. On Monday I spent the whole evening standing around in my kitchen cooking. Then on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I went belly dancing. I really love my teacher, great woman, but a bit of a sadist. Or I'm just a masochist, but on Friday morning I was surprised I could get up. I'm sore in my belly and back and not to mention my bottom. I wish I could just sleep on Saturday, but I will have a busy day. So now I should really go to sleep.
Though I decided that since I'm going to have such a busy day and I'm going to be on my feet for the majority of the day, I'm going to have a Starbucks breakfast. I've never eaten there, but I have lots of left-over food tickets, so I'm going to treat myself. You have to indulge once in a while.
