Food Diary 1
A journal entry devoted to only for my eating habits.
It's now Thursday and I'm getting ready to go to sleep during the day. I've had a really bad week concerning eating. On Monday I went to some job interviews and hardly slept at all. I even bought some Fish menu from McD's because I was hungry. I did walk some, but not nearly enough and of course I couldn't go to dancing.
On Tuesday in the morning before sleeping I went and bought pastry stuff. A pizza thing and a sweet thing. Afterwards I only managed to go to sleep at 3pm and kept waking up, thinking that I overslept. So I hardly got a wink.
On Wednesday I ate two slices of pizza at work. Coming home I ate nothing, but read too long and only went to sleep at 10:30am. I did wake up for the alarm, but I was finally sleeping well, so went back to it. No dancing.
So this is now Thursday. I ate a bit of soup before going to work. After that I drank a huge cup of tea with sugar at work. No sweetener, some skinny bitch used up what I had there. So that was like 1000kcal. I already washed my teeth and won't eat until sleeping.
After sleep I'm going to get up, go to buy new headphones and then dancing. No eating between that, otherwise everyone out there can skin me alive. So no eating after that either, maybe some of that 1000kcal tea at work to keep me up and running.
I have to look by next year as good as I did on the below picture. It was 5 years ago! I'm not getting any younger, so I can't afford to get fatter.
